Long day...

Today has been a long day. I woke up at around 4am with Ryker kickboxing my belly. I think he is getting ready to come out and play. I took the opportunity to cook Ryan breakfast which is rare during the week. Cleaned a little then went for my appointment at Fort Gordon. This is always an adventure because I never know how long it will take or what my doctor will do (he is a little odd but I like him). He did the usual sonogram. Ryker was very alert. I saw him yawn, blink his eyes and stick his tongue out. We got a picture of his face and he looks to have some big lips and a big nose. Both of which were inevitable if you look at me and Ryan.

Now, I am relaxing- enjoying the small kicks and punches in my belly and the big ones on tv (UFC on the tube).

Ryan obviously was allowed to pick the theme of Ryker's room but I have to admit I love it. Some days I just go in there and sit. We have finally got his rocker put together so it is even more comfortable.

Only a few short weeks left...

Today is March 28, 2010, we only have a few short weeks left to prepare for the birth of Ryker Eben. We are extremely excited and nervous. We have finished his room and are now just waiting on him to arrive. Ryan is hoping he will come soon and I am still hoping to have him to myself for a couple more weeks. Either way we can't wait to meet him!
